The 5:2 diet was first brought to my attention by Dr. Michael Mosley in the BBC
Horizon episode, Eat, Fast and Live Longer.
I can't say when I have been more exited about a diet in my life
I have been a type 2 diabetic for 3 years now and since starting this diet 3
months ago my weight has dropped by a Stone (14 Pounds).
My blood sugar has dropped from around 11.5 to an average of 5.2.
My cholesterol has dropped to 3.
My practice nurse who looks after my Diabetic care is amazed that my hb1ac
blood test, which was very high, has gone down by over 200 percent.
