Ingredients Celeriac Remoulade Salad

Celeriac Remoulade Salad measurements  Metric / Imperial (American)

1 celeriac cut into julienne strips (celery root)

1 tablespoon of white vinegar

Salt to suit your own personal taste

6 tablespoons low calorie mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice

Method for Celeriac Remoulade Salad:-

Place the celeriac into a bowl, cover with water and add the salt and vinegar. Leave to soak for 15 minutes. Drain the celeriac then blanch in boiling water for about 15 seconds. Drain and rinse with cold water and allow the mixture to cool. Mix together the low calorie mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice. Fold into the celeriac. Refrigerate the mixture well before serving.

Celeriac Remoulade salad will serve 4 people
