How to create Crunchy Bean Salad
Ingredients
Crunchy Bean Salad
Crunchy Bean Salad measurements Metric / Imperial
(American)
1 x 425g 15oz can of red kidney beans drained and washed
4 sticks of celery chopped up
4 tomatoes chopped up
12 black olives halved and stoned (olives ripe pitted)
1 teaspoon of chopped up chives
1 teaspoon of chopped up fresh mint
Dressing
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of cider vinegar pepper and salt to suit your own personal taste Method for
Crunchy Bean Salad:-
Mix together all of the beans, celery, tomatoes and olives in a large salad bowl. Mix together the dressing mix ingredients with the pepper and salt to suit your own personal taste and pour this mixture into the bowl. Shake the salad well and then refrigerate. Sprinkle over the mint and chives and shake the salad again before serving.
Crunchy bean salad serves 4 people.
