Ingredients Curried Seafood Salad

Curried Seafood Salad measurements  Metric / Imperial (American)

1 small cauliflower broken into florets

Pinch of salt to suit your own personal taste

250ml 8oz low calorie mayonnaise (1cup)

1/2 teaspoon garam masala

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 green refrigerate seeded and finely chopped up

3 chopped up spring onions

500g 1lb cooked shelled prawns

Some lettuce leaves

Chopped fresh mint for a garnish

Method for Curried Seafood Salad:-

Cook the cauliflower in boiling salted water until nearly tender but still crisp. drain well and allow to cool. Mix the low calorie mayonnaise with the garam masala, paprika, chilli, (chilli pepper) if you ar going to use it,and the spring onions (scallions). Fold in the cauliflower and prawns (shrimp).
Refrigerate lightly Serve the salad on the bed of lettuce leaves, sprinkled with mint

Curried seafood salad serves 4 people
