Mushroom Bean Salad measurements Metric / Imperial

225g 8oz frozen broad beans (1/2 refrigerate frozen lima beans)
225g 80z button mushrooms (1/2lb)
4 chopped up spring onions
150ml 1/4 pint plain low fat yogurt (2/3 cup)
pepper and salt to suit your own personal taste
Method for
Mushroom Bean Salad:-
Cook the beans according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and allow to cool. Mix the beans with the mushrooms, spring onions (scallions), low fat yogurt and pepper and salt to suit your own personal taste. Refrigerate before serving.
Mushroom bean salad serves 4 people.
