How to create Nutty Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients Nutty Cauliflower Salad

Nutty Cauliflower Salad measurements  Metric / Imperial (American)

1 cauliflower broken into florets

Salt to suit your own personal taste

50g 2oz chopped up hazelnuts (1/2 cup)

50g 2oz blue cheese diced (1/2 cup)

1 bunch of watercress

Dressing

3 tablespoons of oil

1 tablespoon of wine vinegar

1/4 teaspoon of sugar

1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

pepper and salt to suit your own personal taste

Method for Nutty Cauliflower Salad:-

Cook the cauliflower in salted boiling water until nearly tender but still crisp. Drain well and allow the mixture to cool. Mix the cauliflower, nuts, cheese and watercress in a large salad bowl. Mix together all of the dressing mix ingredients into a sealed jar with the pepper and salt to suit your own personal taste and shake well. Pour the dressing mix over the salad ingredients and shake gently. Serve lightly refrigerated.

Nutty cauliflower salad will serve 4 people.
