How to create Black White Salad
Ingredients

Black White Salad measurements Metric / Imperial
(American)
350g 12oz potatoes cooked and diced (1 1/2 cups)
225g 8oz skinned and chopped up tomatoes (1cup)
3 spring onions chopped up
50g 2oz black olives stoned (1/3 cup pitted ripe)
4 tablespoons local low calorie mayonnaise
2 tablespoons milk
pepper and salt to suit your own personal taste
Method for
Black White Salad:-
Place the potatoes, tomatoes, spring onions (scallions) and olives into a bowl and fold together. Mix together the low calorie mayonnaise, milk and pepper and salt to suit your own personal taste, then fold this dressing mix into the salad ingredients. Refrigerate before serving
Black white salad serves 4 people
