How to create Country Mixed Salad

Ingredients Country Mixed Salad

Country Mixed Salad measurements  Metric / Imperial (American)

225g 8oz pasta rings (1/2lb)

pepper and salt to suit your own personal taste

1 tablespoon of olive oil

4 chopped up tomatoes

1 green pepper cored seeded and chopped up

50g 2oz sliced stuffed olives (1/3 cup sliced pimiento)

175g 6oz sliced button mushrooms

6 tablespoons bottled French dressing mix (bottled Italian dressing mix)

1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup

Method for Country Mixed Salad:-

Cook the pasta rings in salted boiling water until they are tender. Drain well, shake with the oil to coat and allow to cool. Mix together the tomatoes, green pepper, olives and mushrooms. Add the pasta rings. Mix together the dressing mix, ketchup and pepper and salt to suit your own personal taste. Add to the salad and mix together well. Serve lightly refrigerated

Country mixed salad will serve 4 to 6 people.
