How to create Provencale Pasta Salad

Provencale Pasta Salad 

Ingredients Provencale Pasta Salad

Provencale Pasta Salad measurements  Metric / Imperial (American)

175g 6oz pasta rings (1 1/2 cups)

pepper and salt to suit your own personal taste

120 ml 4floz of bottled French dressing mix (1/2 cup Italian dressing mix)

6 tomatoes chopped up

100g 4oz French beans cooked and allow to cooled (1/4 lb green beans)

12 black olives stoned (olives ripe pitted)

1 x 200g 7oz/8oz can of tuna fish drained and flaked

Shredded lettuce

1 x 50g 2oz can of anchovy fillets drained

Method for Provencale Pasta Salad:-

Cook the pasta rings in boiling salted water until nearly tender. Drain, shake with 2 tablespoons of dressing mix and allow to cool. Mix together the tomatoes, beans, olives, tuna fish, pasta rings and pepper and salt to suit your own personal taste. Add the remaining dressing mix and fold together gently. Make a bed of shredded lettuce on a serving plate. Place the salad on the top and garnish with the anchovy fillets.

Provencale Pasta Salad Serves 4 to 6 people
