Ingredients Spaghetti Mixed Salad

Spaghetti Mixed Salad measurements  Metric / Imperial (American)

1 x 425g 15oz can of spaghetti in tomato sauce

6 tablespoons low cal bottled French dressing mix

3 celery sticks chopped up

1 green pepper cored seeded and chopped up

1 finely chopped up onion

1/2 lettuce head ripped into pieces

25g 1oz unsalted peanuts chopped up

pepper and salt to suit your own personal taste

Croutons to garnish

Method for Spaghetti Mixed Salad:-

Place the spaghetti into a saucepan with half of the dressing mix and heat stirring occasionally, until the dressing mix has been completely absorbed by the pasta. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Place the celery, green pepper, onion lettuce and peanuts into a large salad bowl and add the spaghetti. Add the remaining dressing mix and the pepper and salt to suit your own personal taste. Shake the salad well and serve garnished with croutons.

Spaghetti mixed salad serves 4 to 6 people.
